Dongguan marble guide rail assembly rack baseThe installation process requires high precision, and any negligence in detail may lead to a decrease in the overall performance of the equipment. The following are key details and operating points that need special attention during the installation process:
1、 Basic preparation and preprocessing
Ground flatness inspection
Use a laser level or high-precision electronic level to detect the flatness of the ground, with an error controlled within ± 0.05mm/m.
If the ground is uneven, it needs to be corrected by pouring epoxy resin or installing adjustable shims to avoid long-term settlement caused by the direct use of metal shims.
Precision control of embedded parts
The position deviation of embedded parts (such as anchor bolts) should be ≤ ± 1mm, and the verticality deviation should be ≤ 0.1mm.
Before embedding, a total station should be used for positioning, and the position should be rechecked after pouring to prevent displacement caused by concrete solidification.
Environmental temperature and humidity control
The temperature in the installation workshop needs to be stable at 20 ± 2 ℃ (20 ± 1 ℃ for high-precision requirements), and the humidity should be between 40% and 60%.
Turn on the air conditioning 24 hours in advance to adjust the environment and avoid thermal deformation of marble due to temperature changes.
2、 Marble floor splicing and fixing
Stone slab splicing technology
The splicing gap should be controlled within 0.05~0.1mm, filled with specialized epoxy resin adhesive, and the adhesive layer thickness should be uniform.
After splicing, it is necessary to use a laser interferometer to detect the flatness of the joint to ensure that there is no height difference.
Horizontal calibration method
Adopting the "three-point support+multi-point verification" method: first adjust the three main support points to make the platform initially level, and then fine tune it with 20-30 auxiliary points.
Use an electronic level with a resolution of 0.001mm, with no less than 4 detection points per square meter, record the data and generate a flatness curve graph.
Fixed bracket installation
The contact surface between the bracket and the marble needs to be pasted with a 0.5mm thick PTFE gasket to reduce vibration transmission.
The tightening torque of bolts should be applied in three stages according to the design value (50%, 80%, 100%), and verified with a torque wrench.
3、 Installation of guide rails and modules
Installation accuracy of guide rail
The parallelism between the side of the guide rail and the marble reference plane is ≤ 0.02mm/m, and it is detected using a laser tracker.
The joint of the guide rail needs to be checked with a 0.01mm feeler gauge to ensure there is no gap.
Module positioning and adjustment
The positioning pin hole needs to use a matching process: first drill the marble bottom plate pin hole, and then use the pin hole as a reference to process the module hole, ensuring that the hole position coincidence is ≤ 0.01mm.
After module installation, a "no-load operation test" is required to check whether the straightness and repeat positioning accuracy meet the standards.
Electrical wiring specifications
The signal line and power line need to be wired separately with a spacing of ≥ 200mm to avoid electromagnetic interference.
Gold plated contacts should be used for wiring terminals to prevent poor contact caused by oxidation.
4、 Debugging and acceptance
Geometric accuracy detection
Use a laser interferometer to detect the straightness and perpendicularity of X/Y/Z axes, with errors that meet design requirements (such as straightness ≤ 1 μ m/m).
Perform a 'roundness test' to check if the roundness error of the motion trajectory is ≤ 0.5 μ m.
Functional Testing
Run without load for 24 hours and check if the temperature rise is ≤ 5 ℃ (when the ambient temperature is 20 ℃).
Loading test: Run at 80% of the rated load to check if the deformation is ≤ 0.01mm.
protective measures
After installation, apply anti rust oil to the surface of the rack and cover it with a dust cover.
Key parts (such as guide rails) need to be equipped with protective covers to prevent cutting fluid or metal chips from entering.
5、 Common Problems and Solutions
Marble cracking
Reason: Excessive pre tightening force, sudden temperature changes, and foundation settlement.
Prevention: Adopt segmented pre tightening, reserve thermal expansion gaps, and strengthen foundation rigidity.
Rail operation is stuck
Reason: The parallelism of the guide rail exceeds the tolerance, the lubrication is insufficient, and the pre tightening force is uneven.
Solution: Re calibrate the guide rail, use high-temperature grease, and adjust the preload force to the design value.
Large data fluctuations
Reason: Poor grounding, electromagnetic interference, mechanical looseness.
Solution: * Grounding system, shield signal lines, check and tighten all connections.
