Dispersion kettle, also known as dispersion tank, is a container that integrates strong stirring and high-speed dispersion functions, and has good adaptability to medium to high viscosity and thixotropic materials. Dispersion kettle is commonly used in the latex paint industry, integrating low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion to achieve pre dispersion, stirring, high-speed dispersion, paint adjustment, and color matching. The dispersion kettle adopts a non-standard design, mainly composed of three parts: two dispersers and a scraper anchor mixer. It has a wide range of applications, especially suitable for some high viscosity and thixotropic materials. The special components of this dispersion kettle can effectively prevent the adhesion of materials to the inner wall of the dispersion kettle during the working process, allowing for more thorough dispersion and mixing of materials, while also avoiding unnecessary waste, saving resources, and reducing costs. The main structure of the dispersion kettle consists of a cylinder, upper and lower heads, jacket or coil (heating, cooling cycle), agitator (anchor, paddle, turbine, dispersion disk, etc.), disperser, transmission device (motor reducer, pneumatic motor), shaft sealing device (mechanical seal, packing seal, etc.), support (platform, legs, group seat, mobile casters), insulation medium, insulation outer packaging, etc. Jackets and insulation are prepared according to needs, and single-layer materials that do not require heating or cooling may not be equipped with jackets and insulation. According to customer requirements, CIP cleaning devices, manholes (hand holes), mirror spotlights, temperature sensors, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, inlet and outlet ports, drain ports, valves, etc. can be installed.
