Packaging specifications: 1mL/bottle x 54 bottles (50 types), 1m/bottle x 26 bottles (22 types); 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (four types of multivalents), 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (Fukushi multivalent), 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (dysentery type 1), 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (dysentery type 2), 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (Bao's multivalent types 1-5), 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (Song Neishi type 1), 1mL/bottle x 1 bottle (Song Neishi type 2).

Used for genotyping suspected strains of Shigella through biochemical testing, applicable to various types of Shigella.

Principle of Inspection

This product is made from inactivated bacterial antigens obtained by immunizing rabbits with representative strains of Shigella, either separately or in combination. After absorption and removal of non-specific lectins within the genus, the serum is used for typing various types of Shigella using the principle of agglutination test. (see Appendix for details)

suit:

Shigella serum (1mL/bottle x 54 bottles): composed of 50 types of serum;

Set: Shigella serum (1mL/bottle x 26 bottles): A total of 22 types of serum are composed of a single bottle:

The single bottle packaging specification of serum is consistent with the corresponding serum components in the set;

Storage conditions and expiration date

Stored in the dark at 2-8 ° C, with a validity period of 24 months from the date of self inspection and qualification. The production date and expiration date can be found on the packaging label.

Sample Requirements

1. After preliminary biochemical examination, it is suspected to be a strain of Shigella.

2. The strains that have undergone biochemical testing should be cultured on ordinary nutrient agar medium at 35-37 ℃ for 18-20 hours to obtain fresh bacterial cells that can be used for serum agglutination tests.
