【Diagnosis of Vibrio cholerae with serum O1 and O139】
Product NameDiagnostic serum for Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139
Product Item Number:HN1001
manufacturerNingbo Huinuo
Product Specifications: 1mL/bottle
Storage conditions:2 - 8℃
Validity period: 2 years
intended use:Used for identification of Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139. When suspected to be a strain of Vibrio cholerae through preliminary biochemical examination, perform a slide agglutination test with multivalent serum first. If a positive reaction is detected, perform a slide agglutination test with the corresponding monovalent serum (i.e. Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 serum in this product) to make an accurate diagnosis.
main ingredients:Contains Vibrio cholerae O1 diagnostic serum and Vibrio cholerae O139 diagnostic serum, 1 bottle each, 1ml each, both of which are used liquids.
Testing principle:Prepare inactivated Vibrio cholerae O antigen standard strain and immunize rabbits to obtain serum. After adsorption to remove non-specific agglutination components, the serum contains specific antibodies against Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 groups. Based on the principle of antigen antibody reaction agglutination test, when the tested bacterium is Vibrio cholerae O1 group or O139 group, the specific antigen on the surface of its bacterial body will specifically bind to the corresponding antibody in the serum, resulting in visible agglutination phenomenon, in order to determine the serotype of the tested bacterium.
Product NamePolyvalent serum of Vibrio cholerae O1 group
Product Item Number:HN1002
manufacturerNingbo Huinuo
Product Specifications: 1mL/bottle
Storage conditions:2 - 8℃
Validity period: 2 years
intended use:forUsed for diagnosing classical and EL Tor type O1 Vibrio cholerae. When a preliminary biochemical examination reveals a suspected strain of Vibrio cholerae, the multivalent serum is first used for slide agglutination test. If a positive reaction is detected, a slide agglutination test is then performed with the corresponding monovalent serum (such as Ogawa type and rice leaf type serum) to further determine the strain typing.
main ingredients:The main component is a specific antibody against Vibrio cholerae O1 group antigen, which is prepared as an inactivated antigen from the standard strain of Vibrio cholerae O1 group antigen and obtained by immunizing rabbits. Non specific agglutination components are removed by adsorption.
Testing principle:The principle of agglutination test based on antigen antibody reaction. When the test bacteria are Vibrio cholerae O1 group, the specific antigens on the surface of the bacterial cells will bind specifically to the antibodies in the serum, resulting in visible agglutination to determine whether the test bacteria are Vibrio cholerae O1 group.
Product NameVibrio cholerae O139 serum
Product Item Number:HN1003
manufacturerNingbo Huinuo
Product Specifications: 1mL/bottle
Storage conditions:2 - 8℃
Validity period: 2 years
intended use:Used for identification of Vibrio cholerae O139 group. When suspected to be a strain of Vibrio cholerae through preliminary biochemical examination, a multi valent serum slide agglutination test can be performed first. If a positive reaction is detected, a slide agglutination test can be performed with Vibrio cholerae O139 serum to make an accurate diagnosis and provide important basis for the diagnosis, treatment, and epidemiological investigation of cholera.
main ingredients:The main component is specific antibodies against Vibrio cholerae O139 group antigen. This antibody was prepared from the standard strain of Vibrio cholerae O139 antigen as an inactivated antigen and obtained by immunizing rabbits. Non specific agglutination components were removed by adsorption. Usually 1ml/bottle, it is used as a liquid and does not require further dilution or treatment.
Testing principle:The principle of agglutination test based on antigen antibody reaction. When the tested bacteria belong to the Vibrio cholerae O139 group, the specific antigens on the surface of the bacterial cells will bind specifically to the antibodies in the serum, resulting in visible agglutination to determine whether the tested bacteria belong to the Vibrio cholerae O139 group.
Product NameVibrio cholerae Ogawa type serum
Product Item Number:HN1004
manufacturerNingbo Huinuo
Product Specifications: 1mL/bottle
Storage conditions:2 - 8℃
Validity period: 2 years
intended use:forThe strains identified as Vibrio cholerae O1 can be used for typing, which can help determine the specific serotype of Vibrio cholerae and provide important basis for the diagnosis, treatment, and epidemiological investigation of cholera.
main ingredients:The main component is a specific antibody against Vibrio cholerae Ogawa type antigen, which is prepared as an inactivated antigen from a standard strain of Vibrio cholerae Ogawa type (containing A, B antigens, and possibly a small amount of C antigen). After immunizing rabbits, the antibody is processed by absorption to remove non-specific agglutination components.
Testing principle:The principle of agglutination test based on antigen antibody reaction. When the tested bacteria are Vibrio cholerae Ogawa type, the A and B antigens on the surface of the bacterial cells will specifically bind to the specific antibodies in the serum, resulting in visible agglutination to determine whether the tested bacteria are Vibrio cholerae Ogawa type.
Product NameVibrio cholerae rice leaf type serum
Product Item Number:HN1005
manufacturerNingbo Huinuo
Product Specifications: 1mL/bottle
Storage conditions:2 - 8℃
Validity period: 2 years
intended use:forThe strains identified as Vibrio cholerae O1 can be used for typing, which can help determine the specific serotype of Vibrio cholerae and provide important basis for the diagnosis, treatment, and epidemiological investigation of cholera.
main ingredients:The main component is a specific antibody against Vibrio cholerae rice leaf type antigen, which is prepared as an inactivated antigen from a standard strain of Vibrio cholerae rice leaf type (containing A and C antigens). After immunizing rabbits, the antibody is processed by absorption to remove non-specific agglutination components.
Testing principle:The principle of agglutination test based on antigen antibody reaction. When the tested bacterium is of the rice leaf type of Vibrio cholerae, the A and C antigens on its surface will specifically bind to the specific antibodies in the serum, resulting in visible agglutination to determine whether the tested bacterium is of the rice leaf type of Vibrio cholerae.
