The Desk V sample preparation system is designed for evaporation and sputtering, and is a high productivity solution that provides excellent, consistent, and highly reproducible results.
The Desk V coating system offers two versions: Desk V HP and Desk V TSC. Desk V TSC， It is an option for turbo molecular pump sputtering coating machine, designed specifically for high-resolution microscope samples, suitable for both oxidized and non oxidized metals. The Desk V magnetron sputtering device accurately deposits conductive coatings, and its thermal evaporation option can deposit thin carbon layers (using rods or yarns).
