1、 Structure Introduction:
DZL horizontal automatic chain quick loading steam boiler is a horizontal three return water fire tube hybrid boiler, with a bundle of threaded smoke tubes arranged inside the drum. Light tube water is installed on both sides of the furnaceCold wall. A lightweight chain grate is used for mechanical coal addition, equipped with a blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and a scraper type slag removal machine for automatic slag removal. The fuel falls from the coal hopper onto the grate and enters the furnace for combustion. 2、 Performance characteristics:

3、 Factory Overview:
When the DZL type chain grate horizontal quick loading boiler leaves the factory, it is packaged in pieces as follows:
1. Boiler components include the boiler body, chain grate coal hopper, sight hole, ignition door, front and rear smoke boxes, furnace wall, and insulation layer.
2. Speed control box transmission device, including electric motor, etc.
3. Blower: including electric motor, blower base, and inlet pipe, etc.
4. Induced draft fan: including electric motor, bearing seat, and flue connecting pipe, etc.
5. Scraper slag removal machine: including an electric motor.
6. Platform escalators and railings.
7. Dust collector: including dust collector bracket, ash hopper, foundation bolts, etc.
8. Chimney.
9. Water supply equipment, valves, instruments, and pipeline components.
10. Electric control cabinet.
11. Coal feeder: (user selected).
12. When installing two or more boilers at the same time, attention should be paid to the markings of the blower (including blower base and interface), induced draft fan (including inlet pipe), economizer and other components (boiler factory)The number is the same as the mark on the boiler.

Installation instructions:
4 Preparation before installation:
After the boiler is transported to the site of use, in order to ensure rapid operation, the following preparations must be made before installation:
1. Determine the installation company and verify the qualification certificate. Organization and staffing:
The boiler installation unit must have a boiler installation qualification certificate issued by the superior competent department that meets the installation scope, and be responsible for contacting the local boiler supervision agency and filling out the installation noticeAnd accept installation supervision and inspection by local boiler inspection and testing units. After installation is completed, the installation unit and the local boiler supervision agency jointly conduct installation quality acceptance. And in accordance with relevant regulations andComplete the registration and household registration procedures for boiler usage at the time. The unit using the boiler should have a dedicated person responsible for the boiler installation work. During the boiler installation, the boiler operator should participate and be equipped with plumbers, fitters, and lifting workersCold workers, welders, and auxiliary workers.
2. Installation quality requirements:
①. Boiler installation should comply with design requirements and meet the requirements of GB50273-1998 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Boiler Installation Engineering".
②. The insulation of boilers, their ancillary equipment, and thermal pipelines shall comply with the requirements of GB4272.
3. Determine the installation location:
⑴. It is best to have the installation location close to the steam usage area to reduce heat loss in the pipeline.
⑵. Convenient water supply and drainage.
⑶. The storage and transportation of fuel and ash are convenient.
⑷. The boiler is unobstructed during installation and transportation.
⑸. The layout of the boiler room should comply with the provisions of Chapter 8 of the Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers, with sufficient lighting, good ventilation, and no water accumulation on the ground to ensure the operation of the boiler
Easy operation and maintenance, with a gap of 4-5 meters in front of the furnace (starting from the edge of the coal hopper), 2.5-3 meters behind the furnace, a gap of no less than 1-2 meters on the left side (including the blower), and a gap of no less than on the right side3 meters.
4. Foundation preparation:
Construct according to the foundation drawing, use ordinary bricks to build two wall feet, create a slag pit foundation, and reserve anchor bolt holes for the dust collector and induced draft fan in advance.
5. Equipment acceptance:
⑴. After the boiler is transported, check the components according to the factory packing list, verify the integrity of the equipment based on the boiler installation diagram, and inspect whether the large parts of the boiler are damaged during transportationAbnormal deformation and other situations.
⑵. When unloading the large components of DZL boiler, 8-10 pipes can be placed under the iron plates on both sides of the base, and pulled by steel wire rope to slowly move the boiler components on the rolling pipesIt should be hooked onto the base pull ring and not damage any part of the boiler's large components.
⑶. If large boiler components need to be lifted, their lifting equipment capacity should not be less than 20 tons. They can be lifted from the four support ears on the top of the furnace, or slowly lifted with a jack under the iron plates on both sides of the base. Do notLift at any other location.
Five Installation of large boiler components:
After the large boiler components are placed on the two wall feet, use a level to check whether the left and right sides of the grate are level, allowing for a tilt of no more than 5 millimeters. Raise the lower side with an iron pad and then use cementSmooth the gap between the base and the foundation.
VI Installation of induced draft fan:
After the boiler components are in place, assemble the induced draft fan, flue pipe, and chimney in the corresponding positions according to the drawing requirements. After the induced draft fan is installed, check for defects such as jamming and air leakage, and then connect the power supplyRun the source test to check whether the motor direction is correct, whether there is friction or vibration, and whether the motor temperature is normal. The specified lubricating oil should be added to the bearing seat, and then refilled once a month in the futureSecondly, during the cold operation of the induced draft fan and the start-up of the cold furnace, the maximum operating time should not exceed 5 minutes, and the flue gas regulating valve should be closed to prevent motor load during cold operationIt will increase exponentially, and there is a possibility of the electric motor burning out.
7 Installation of chimney and flue connecting pipes:
When installing the chimney, asbestos ropes should be embedded between the flanges, and the verticality of the chimney should be checked using a plumb line. If there is any deviation, it can be leveled and corrected at the flange connection.
2. The steel wire rope should be tightened with bolts, and the tension of the three lead wire ropes should be roughly equal.
3. If there is an environmental hygiene permit or special needs, the chimney height can be appropriately reduced, but consideration should be given to the flying of smoke and dust.
8、 Installation of blower:
First, install the blower base on the back of the boiler body, then install the blower and inlet duct. The connection part should be firm and tight, the air damper should be flexible to open and close, and the positioning should be reliable. Then, connect the power supplyTrial operation, the blower can also be installed outdoors, but rain proof facilities should be provided.
9、 Installation of speed control box:
Adjust the position of the front speed control box according to the grate chain wheel shaft, tighten the coupling bolts and put the anchor bolts into the embedded holes, and then pour the anchor bolts firmly after leveling.
After the assembly and trial operation of the speed control box, it is shipped out. Before installation, the user needs to check whether there is any collision during transportation and whether the rotating drive shaft is stuck.
Install according to the diagram, connect to the front sprocket on the foundation, adjust the height position, connect the power supply, add lubricating oil for trial operation, no abnormal noise, and the temperature rise of the motor is within the allowable rangeOnly internally.
10、 Installation of slag extractor:
First, install the ash leakage interface to the lower part of the grate bottom plate, then install the slag machine and position it accordingly. Connect the rectangular flange, and the interface must be lined with rubber asbestos board. Finally, install the bracket and bearingsBase.
After installation, carefully check whether the motor direction, bearings, temperature, etc. meet the requirements, and inspect the equipment for any abnormal conditions such as friction and vibration to ensure normal use. butAfter connecting the power, check if the rotation direction is correct. After a cold test run for 2 hours, there should be no abnormal sound, and water should be drained to check if the flange interface is leaking.
11、 Installation of electrical control cabinet:
The electrical control cabinet is the switch button for the boiler speed control box, blower, induced draft fan, spiral slag extractor, water pump, water level alarm, etc. After all are powered on, the box shell should be protectively grounded.The electrical control cabinet should be installed in front of the boiler, close to the wall, to facilitate monitoring of various instruments on the boiler and facilitate operation.
12、 Installation of pipelines, instrument valves, and accessories:
Install according to the pipeline instrument valve drawings, fix the feedwater pump in the appropriate position, pour the foundation, and test run after connecting the power supply.
1. Safety valve:
The safety valve should be installed after the boiler water pressure test is completed, and the working pressure of the safety valve should be adjusted during the initial ignition.
Adjust the pressure according to Table 7-2 of Article 143 of the "Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" of the State Administration of Labor.
① Adjustment method for safety valve:
Remove the opening pin, remove the top cover, loosen the hexagonal lock nut, and then turn the adjusting screw to loosen or tighten the spring to achieve the required exhaust pressure of the safety valve. Tighten after adjustmentTighten the nut and then assemble the remaining parts.
② The boiler is equipped with two safety valves, and the set pressures of the safety valves for this model of boiler are 1.3MPa and 1.325MPa, respectively.
After the safety valve reaches the specified set pressure, it should be sealed with lead. Unless the safety valve is calibrated, it is not allowed to dismantle the lead seal without authorization at any time.
③ When adjusting the safety valve, the water level in the drum should be slightly lower than the normal water level, and be prepared to allow water to enter at any time after the safety valve is opened.
④ Do not tap any part of the safety valve. Only the control rod on the valve can be used to open the safety valve.
⑤ The boiler must not be used before the safety valve is adjusted.
Regular attention should be paid to whether the safety valve is functioning properly. Due to the effect of water vapor, in order to prevent the valve disc and seat of the safety valve from sticking, regular exhaust tests should be conducted every 2-4 weeksOnce, to verify the opening and closing function of the safety valve. The safety valve should be installed after the hydrostatic test. The safety valve should be connected to the exhaust pipe to direct the steam to a safe location in the boiler room. The safety valve should be installed verticallyValves are not allowed to be installed on guide pipes.
2. Pressure gauge:
When installing a pressure gauge, the dial should face the front of the boiler. After the pressure gauge is installed, a red line should be drawn on the dial to indicate the maximum allowable working pressure of the boiler. The pressure gauge cock should be flexibleLive, no leakage, water supply should be smooth, and pressure gauge pipes should not be insulated.
It is strictly prohibited to use a pressure gauge in any of the following situations:
(1). The pressure gauge with a limited stop pin cannot return to the limit pin after the pointer rotates when there is no pressure; A pressure gauge without a limiting pin, when there is no pressure, the value of the pointer above zero exceeds the pressureThe force gauge specifies the allowable error.
(2). The glass surface is broken or the dial scale is unclear.
(3). Seal damage or exceeding inspection period.
(4). Surface leakage or pointer jumping.
3. Water level gauge:
⑴. The deviation between the water level gauge and the normal water level line of the drum is ± 2mm. The marks of the highest safe water level, lowest safe water level, and normal water level should be accurately marked. The water level gauge should have a drain valve(or drain plug) and a drain pipe connected to a safe location. The lower drainage pipe of the water level gauge must be connected to a safe location. The water level gauge cock should rotate flexibly and not leak waterLighting equipment must be installed for easy observation.
⑵. The water level alarm and water level controller of the water supply system are electrode type automatic control devices that should be docked according to the diagram:
① Water level controller SZB-IV (water level alarm)
a. When the normal water level is above 40mm, the contact of the water pump control switch opens and the water pump stops working.
b. When the normal water level is below 40mm, the contact of the water pump control switch contacts and the water pump starts working.
c. When the normal water level is+50mm, the first set of electrode high water level contacts will combine to output a high water level alarm signal.
d. At a normal water level of -50mm, the second set of electrode low water level contacts combine to output a low water level alarm signal.
4. When the sewage pipe is connected to the sewage tank or other safe place, the pipeline should be fixed to prevent displacement or accidents such as counterattack burns during sewage discharge.
5. There should be at least one elbow on the main steam valve pipeline, otherwise an expansion joint should be installed, and the wall of the pipeline should be insulated.
6. The platform escalator support base has been welded onto the boiler body. On site installation only requires connecting the long and short supports to the support base with M16 bolts, and finally fixing the platform escalator, etc.
Thirteen Boiler installation inspection and acceptance:
After the installation of all boilers is completed, the boiler and its ancillary equipment should be carefully inspected and accepted item by item to meet the requirements for ignition operation. A comprehensive inspection should include at least the following items:
1. Boiler inspection: Check if the internal components of the drum are installed correctly and if there are any tools or debris left in the furnace. After inspection and confirmation, the manhole and handhole can be closed.
2. Inspection outside the pot: The main inspection is to check whether there is any accumulation or blockage inside the furnace and flue, whether the furnace walls are intact, and whether there are cracks, protruding bricks, or peeling phenomena. Is the insulation layer intact,Whether all flue doors, inspection doors, etc. are intact, whether the operation is flexible, and whether the sealing is tight.
3. Stove inspection: Mainly inspect the necessary gap between the movable and fixed parts of the grate, check whether the handle of the movable grate can be pushed and pulled freely, and whether it can reach the specified position.
4. Fan inspection:
For fan inspection, first manually rotate the coupling or transmission V-belt to check for any abnormal conditions such as friction, collision, or jamming in the dynamic and static parts. The switch of the fan inlet regulating plate shouldFlexible and rigorous. Check the direction of the fan and ensure that the impeller rotates evenly without friction or collision.
5. Other inspections:
Check all pipelines and valves of the water supply system (including water treatment and boiler feed pumps).
Check all pipelines and valves of the sewage system.
Check all pipelines, valves, and insulation layers of the steam supply system.
Check the sealing condition of the dust outlet of the dust collector.
Check the electrical control instruments and protective devices in the operating room.
Fourteen Hydrostatic test:
After the installation inspection of boiler pipeline instruments and valves and the internal inspection of the boiler are completed, close the manhole and hand hole, and then conduct a water pressure test according to Article 207 of the "Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations"Test.
The rated steam pressure of this model of boiler is 1.25MPa, and the hydrostatic test pressure is 1.65MPa.
When conducting a water pressure test, the water pressure should slowly rise. When the water pressure reaches the rated steam pressure of 1.25 MPa, the pressure rise should be paused to check for water leakage or abnormal phenomena. Then boost the voltage toThe test pressure is 1.65MPa. If the pressure does not decrease after 20 minutes, check when it drops to the rated steam pressure of 1.25MPa.

Fifteen Cold state debugging:
After the boiler installation inspection is completed, cold commissioning of each part must be carried out, which must be operated by the boiler operator.
1. Air leakage test:
⑴. Air side test: During the test, close the last air door, start the blower, open the inlet control door to maximize the system air pressure, and check the flange interfaces, welds, and other vulnerable parts for leaksMark the location and handle it after stopping the machine.
⑵. Smoke side test: During the test, first close the baffles, doors, and holes of each part of the furnace flue. When conducting a positive pressure test, start the blower to pressurize the flue gas side and adjust the air damper to maintain the furnace inside200-400MPa positive pressure, all grate air doors are open, ash discharge doors are closed, all air doors along the flue gas flow are open, and all ash discharge doors, slag discharge doors, furnace doors, fire observation holes are closedSeal the dust collector with water. Mark the leaking area and handle it after stopping the machine.
The leakage areas are prone to occur at the expansion joints of the furnace wall, pipe penetrations, manholes, flue connection flanges, and welds.
Test method: Add white powder or ignite combustible materials that can produce smoke at the inlet of the blower, so that there are traces of white powder or smoke escaping from the air leakage.
Leakage elimination method: Asbestos rope can be used to fill the expansion joint of the furnace wall. For door and hole leakage, the contact surface should be scraped flat. Asbestos rope should be added to the flange of the flue connection and the bolts should be tightened. The weld seam should be repairedWelding.

16、 Inspection before baking and boiling:
Boiler operators should meet the requirements of the "Assessment and Management Regulations for Boiler Operators" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China, and water quality analysts should also hold corresponding qualification certificates to workBefore baking and boiling, the stoker must carefully inspect all components of the boiler, with the following inspection items:
1. Chain grate cold test run for more than 8 hours, the cold test run should meet the following requirements:
⑴ The grate plate should turn smoothly at the sprocket shaft. If an arch is found, two tension bolts can be adjusted.
The minimum gap between the active grate plates on both sides and the side sealing block and side sealing angle steel shall not be less than 4 millimeters.
The active grate plate and sprocket are well connected.
The distance between the two ends of the grate long pin and the two side plates of the grate should be kept equal at the sprocket shaft. If friction is found between one end and the side plate, a hammer or lead clip can be used outside the long waist hole to adjust the distance between the two endsThe distance remains equal, and there is no severe unilateral tilt of the grate plate.
The rotation of the grate plate should not be stuck, and the safety clutch on the speed control box should not bounce.
2. Check if there are any broken grate pieces and if the grate long pins are severely bent. If so, they can be pulled out, straightened, and reinstalled outside the waist hole of the grate at any time.
3. It is not allowed for unrelated components (such as bolts, nuts, nails, etc.) to be lost on the chain grate.
4. The ignition door can be opened flexibly, the coal gate can be raised and lowered conveniently, and the distance between the left and right sides of the coal gate and the grate surface should be equal to ensure that the coal seam thickness on both sides of the furnace is the same. If the distance is not equal, it can be reducedThe method of making the chain links equal should be used, and the cover plate of the coal gate should be tightly covered to prevent coal blocks from leaking in and getting stuck in the up and down movement of the coal gate.
5. The adjustable air doors and flue gas control doors of each air window of the grate are flexible in opening and closing.
6. There is no jamming phenomenon at the contact between the eagle iron and the grate.
7. The trial operation of the blower, induced draft fan, spiral slag extractor, and water supply equipment should be normal.
8. Whether the manhole and handhole are tight, and whether the accessory parts and devices are complete.
9. Whether the furnace wall is normal and whether the front and rear smoke boxes are tight.
10. Whether the steam pipeline, water supply pipeline, and sewage pipeline are complete, correct, and unobstructed.
11. Whether the economizer is tight and whether the flue gas channel is unobstructed.
12. All bearing housings and oil cups are filled with lubricating oil.
Seventeen Oven and boiling furnace:
After the installation of all components of the boiler is completed, and after inspection and trial operation, it is confirmed that all components have the conditions for safe operation, the drying and boiling process can begin.
1. Oven drying:
The following conditions should be met before baking:
①. The boiler and its water treatment, steam and water, sewage, coal transportation, slag removal, air supply, dust removal, lighting and other systems have been installed and passed the water pressure test.
②. The anti-corrosion and insulation measures have been completed and passed the air leakage test.
③. The boiler's water level gauge, pressure gauge, temperature measuring instrument, and other thermal and electrical instruments used for baking should be installed and tested.
④. Boiler feedwater shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB1576-2001 "Industrial Boiler Water Quality".
⑤. Pipelines, flues, and valves should all indicate the flow direction, opening direction, and opening height of the medium.
2. Oven drying method and precautions:
1. Close the rear manhole, lower handhole, main steam valve, and water level gauge drain plug, and open a safety valve to allow the air and steam inside the boiler to be discharged outward.
2. Inject the treated water into the boiler, with the inlet water temperature generally not exceeding 40 ℃. Raise the boiler water level to 2/3 of the water level gauge, close the water supply valve, and wait for the water level in the boiler to stabilize before observingCheck if the water level has decreased, and inspect the hand hole cover, flange contact surface, and drain valve of the boiler header for any water leakage. If there is any water leakage, tighten the bolts.
3. Turn on the ignition door, lay a layer of 20-30 millimeters thick coal slag on the grate, and use firewood (strictly prohibited from using wooden boards with iron nails), cotton yarn or other ignition materials to ignite and burn the coal slag.
4. Place the firewood in the middle of the grate, occupying about 1/2 of the grate area. After igniting the ignition material and firewood, use low heat to bake. At the same time, open the air damper of the induced draft fan by 1/6 to 1/5
Make the flue gas flow slowly, maintain the furnace negative pressure between 10-20Pa, and keep the furnace water temperature between 70-80 ℃. After three days, a small amount of coal can be added to gradually replace firewood for baking,At this point, open the induced draft damper to 1/4 to 1/3 and increase the air flow appropriately. During the entire baking process, the flame should not be intermittent, and the temperature must slowly increase to minimize as much as possibleTemperature difference and uniform expansion of each part to prevent the furnace wall from losing its tightness after drying.
If the furnace wall is particularly damp, it is best to let it dry naturally for a period of time before baking.
6. The drying time is related to the structure of the furnace wall and the degree of dryness and wetness. If the furnace wall is damp, the climate is cold, especially during rainy seasons, and the air is humid, the drying time should be appropriately extended.
7. When drying the oven, attention should be paid to not heating up too quickly, and the heating should be as uniform as possible to prevent the furnace wall from cracking or deforming due to too fast a heating rate. Close attention should be paid to whether the furnace wall cracks or collapsesFalling phenomenon. Improper drying methods can cause cracking, deformation, and collapse of the furnace wall, affecting the safe operation of the boiler.
2. Boiling furnace
The purpose of boiling is to add NaOH and Na3Po4.12H2O to the boiler for chemical treatment. A sealed boiling method is used to remove oil and rust from the boiler, ensuring even heating of the boilerRunning normally.
⑵ The dosage of chemicals added during boiling should comply with the provisions in the following table:

The drug is calculated based on 100% purity. When there is no trisodium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate can be used as a substitute, with a quantity 1.5 times that of trisodium phosphate.
⑶ Sodium carbonate can be used separately for boiling, with a quantity of 6Kg/m3 water.
When adding chemicals, the boiler water should be at a low water level.
At the end of the boiling process, the boiler pressure should be maintained at around 75% of the working pressure, and the boiling time is generally 2-3 days.
During the boiling process, regularly collect and analyze the boiler water. The tightness of the boiler water should not be lower than 45mol/L, otherwise additional chemicals should be added.
After boiling, the sediment in the drum collection box should be cleaned, the inside of the boiler and the valves that have come into contact with the liquid medicine should be flushed, and the sewage should be checked for blockage.
After boiling, the following requirements should be met:
① The inner walls of the drum and header should be free of oil stains.
② After wiping off the attachments, the metal surface should be free of rust spots.
The boiling work should be able to be carried out simultaneously in the later stage of the drying process.
If the boiling furnace does not meet the requirements, it will deteriorate the steam quality, produce steam water co distillation, corrode pipe fittings, headers and other components, endanger the safe and economic operation of the boiler, and affect the service life of the boiler.
9. After the boiler cools down, open the manhole and handhole covers, clean the inside of the boiler with clean water, and inspect it. If oil stains are still found, follow the above method to boil the boiler again until the boiler is heatedUntil there is no oil pollution inside the furnace.
18 Raise the fire:
1. Before starting the boiler, a comprehensive inspection (including related accessory pipelines) should be conducted. Close the drain valve and open the pressure gauge plug to allow the air inside the boiler to be discharged.
2. Slowly inject the treated water into the boiler, with the inlet water temperature generally not exceeding 40 ℃. When the water level reaches the lowest position on the water level gauge, close the water supply valve. After the water level stabilizes, observe the water levelHas it decreased and then replenished to the normal water level.
3. When igniting, open the ignition door and place firewood or other ignition materials (iron nails are strictly prohibited) at the front end of the grate to ignite. Open the smoke control door to enhance natural ventilation.
