The Chu Yi Measurement and Control Online Refractive Concentration Meter is the preferred control instrument in the coagulation bath concentration automation control system.

It uses a 4-20mA current signal to remotely transmit concentration values to the control system, thereby achieving automatic control of coagulation bath concentration. The instrument mainly consists of detection components (sensors) and a multifunctional host. The detection components (sensors) are mainly used to detect concentration, while the multifunctional host (transmitter) mainly receives information, displays concentration values in real time, and remotely transmits 4-20mA signals to DCS/PLC. When the instrument is working, the detection component detects the concentration of the coagulation bath in real time and sends the signal to the control component; The control component transmits signals to the DCS/PLC control module in the spinning workshop through conversion. The DCS/PLC controls the opening of the solenoid valve in the coagulation bath based on the signals, and controls the concentration of the solution by adjusting the amount of DMSO or water added.

This instrument is usually installed in the form of a bypass on the tank circulation pipeline and the coagulation bath circulation pipeline, to detect the concentration of the coagulation bath in real time, and output the concentration value as an analog signal to DCS/PLC for integrated control. The instrument's testing of coagulation bath concentration is not affected by fiber short hair impurities, liquid color, bubbles, etc. in the coagulation bath, and the test is accurate.
