DLAI-2G Particle Wear Index Test Device
DThe LAI-2G particle wear index test device is used to measure the crushing and wear performance of catalysts and other particles in a fluidized state. This instrument complies with the standard experimental method for determining the wear and abrasion of powder catalysts under air jet according to ASTM D5757-00 in the United States. At the same time, NB/SH/T0964-2017 "Catalytic Cracking Catalyst Wear Index Straight Tube Method" is also applicable for the determination of wear index of FCC catalysts, microsphere aluminum silicate, powdered chemical catalysts, and carbon powder and other substances.
Particle Wear Index Test Device Instrument features:
1. The device adopts imported PLC and touch screen control system to achieve automation control.
2. The device is equipped with a humidification system; The flow regulation system meets the testing requirements under different working conditions.
3. The device is equipped with an automatic timed tapping function, which can reduce the electrostatic load during the fluidization process and cause large particles adhering to the wall to fall off, ensuring the accuracy of measurement;

8. The device adopts imported quality flow meters to accurately control gas flow. Compared with similar foreign products, it has more functions, more user-friendly operation, and a wider range of adaptability.
