Principle

This machine adopts the principle of gear meshing and extrusion granulation, consisting of a feeding hopper, main and auxiliary meshing gears, transmission mechanism, etc. The powdered material entering the tooth valley from the feeding hopper is extruded from the hole at the tooth root under the squeezing force generated during the meshing process of the main and auxiliary gears, obtaining uniformly long granular products and achieving the purpose of granulation.

Performance Characteristics

This machine belongs to wet granulation, which uses the volume change during the gear meshing process for compression and extrusion granulation. The material action time is short, and its adaptability is wider. The particle strength is high and the length is uniform. The diameter of the granulation product is generally selected between φ 2.0 and φ 8.0mm, with a cylindrical particle shape and a granulation rate of ≥ 95%.
