DDGS feed cooling and conveying process

DDGS feed is prone to clumping during the drying and spraying process, with temperatures reaching over 80 degrees Celsius. If only subjected to simple cooling and transportation, it will produce clumping, mold growth, carbonization, spontaneous combustion, and other phenomena after packaging. Our company adopts an advanced two-stage cooling process in the industry. Firstly, DDGS feed is cooled once through negative pressure conveying or mechanical conveying, and then enters the cooler for secondary cooling (the temperature of the cooled feed does not exceed the ambient temperature+5 degrees). After cooling, the feed is crushed and packaged to ensure uniform particle size and no color difference. This process has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and safety.
