DC leakage current tester for water-cooled generatorAlso known asWater cooled generator DC high voltage generator, is a specialized testing equipment designed for leakage current and DC withstand voltage testing of large water-cooled generator sets. Its design and manufacturing follow the following core ideas:

Due to the high conduction current of large water-cooled generator windings, this tester has sufficient capacity to ensure stable output of 20-150mA current under test voltage.

Compared with the commonly available DC high-voltage testers in the market with an output current of less than 10mA, the output current of this tester can reach 200mA, which is a blank in the market.

DC testing can reveal local insulation defects in motors, especially insulation issues at the ends of stator coils, which cannot be replaced by other testing methods.

To ensure accurate measurement of the leakage current of the water-cooled generator set, this tester is specially designed with an interference current compensation circuit, which can effectively eliminate the interference of stray current and polarization potential of the water collection pipe, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement results.

This tester adopts an intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, combined with the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices, to achieve high-quality and portable characteristics, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. Meanwhile, according to the theory of electromagnetic compatibility, special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures are adopted to ensure the stability and safety of the test.

Medium frequency and measurement cable quick connection socket: used for quick connection between the chassis and the voltage doubling part. Just align the red dot on the cable plug with the red dot on the socket and turn it clockwise into place. When disassembling, simply turn the cable plug counterclockwise.

Power input plug: Connect the randomly configured power cord to the power input plug.

Power fuse: Ensure the safe use of the power supply.

Grounding terminal: After being connected to the grounding terminal of the voltage doubler and the grounding point of the test sample, it is then connected to the grounding grid to ensure the safety of the test.

Power switch: Press to the right to turn on the power and turn on the green light; Otherwise, it will be turned off.

Green light button: The green light indicates that the power is connected and the high voltage is disconnected. Press the green button while the red light is on, the red light will turn off and the green light will turn on, cutting off the high-voltage circuit.

Red illuminated button: High voltage connection button and high voltage indicator light. When the green light is on, press this button to turn on the red light and off the green light, indicating that the high-voltage circuit is connected and the voltage can be increased. This button is only effective when the voltage regulating potentiometer is reset to zero.

Voltage regulating potentiometer: used to control voltage rise and fall. Clockwise rotation increases the pressure, while counterclockwise rotation decreases the pressure. This potentiometer has electronic zero protection function and must be reset to zero before boosting.

160 × 160 dot matrix display screen: used to display test data and status.

The "Select" button is used to select and modify the numerical values of the "Overvoltage Setting" and "Timing" items in the green light state. After clicking, the cursor will move between different digits.

Set button: Used to modify the numerical value of the digit selected by the Select button in green light mode.

Confirm/Start "button: used to confirm the modified value or start the timer timer.

Leakage current measurement socket: used for connecting an external microampere meter to compare the displayed leakage current.
