Product Features

1. High precision multi-stage temperature control

Five stage temperature control, with a reactor operating temperature of 650 ℃. Make the materials in the reactor heated more evenly, avoiding local overheating or insufficient reaction; Optional preheating module to ensure uniform temperature of gas before entering the reactor, avoiding local overheating or condensation.

2. Multi functional integrated design

Integrating multiple automation control functions such as feeding, preheating, reaction, and product processing greatly saves manpower.

3. Security alarm linkage mechanism

Multiple safety protection measures such as pressure relief valves, gas leakage alarms, automatic power outages due to overheating, etc. When the preset safety alarm limit is reached, the alarm action is triggered to stop heating. Ensure the safety of experimental personnel and laboratory.

4. Intelligent operation

Equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface, supporting program heating and multi-stage response settings; Automatic recording and USB export of experimental data, supporting remote control through mobile phone ports.
