The reactant feed is solid feed, and the main reactant is sebacic acid (melting point around 134 ℃)+small dose solid catalyst. The feeding method is to open the kettle cover for feeding; During the reaction process, ammonia gas is fed in and needs to be measured by a gas mass flow meter. The ammonia gas is dispersed into the reaction system through a self-priming stirring blade; The reaction may be a continuous flow reaction, where the condensation pipeline valve is always open and the reaction process continues to condense and remove water. The water is collected in the condensation receiving tank, which is equipped with a scale window to observe the water collection situation. It may also be a staged reaction, where the condensation pipeline is opened in stages.
The equipment adopts electric heating to ensure stable temperature inside the kettle.
The device adopts a 7-inch touch screen and is equipped with control software, which displays and records real-time temperature, pressure, mixing and other data inside the kettle. It is also equipped with functions such as pressure and temperature grading alarm, process data recording and transmission, historical trend statistics of various data, etc. It can also be operated on a computer or mobile app.
