300mL Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Foaming DeviceThis equipment mainly consists of a 300mL foaming reaction kettle module and a carbon dioxide pressurization module. Carbon dioxide gas is pressurized and injected into the foaming kettle, converted into a supercritical state, and then released through a rapid release valve to ultimately produce foaming materials.
Unlike other manufacturers who directly use gas booster pumps to pressurize carbon dioxide, our carbon dioxide booster module first cools and liquefies the carbon dioxide, and then uses a plunger pump for high-pressure delivery to the reaction vessel. This method has the following advantages: higher boost pressure, faster boost speed, avoidance of introducing air impurities, unaffected by temperature differences between winter and summer seasons, and no noise generated by gas booster pumps.
The design pressure of the reaction vessel is 30MPa, and the design temperature reaches 300 ℃. The kettle is equipped with aluminum metal filling blocks. The kettle cover integrates multiple interfaces and safety devices, including pressure display, gas entry, rapid release, temperature collection, and safety protection functions.
The equipment adopts an oil bath circulation system to ensure uniform and stable temperature rise inside the reaction kettle.
In terms of operation, it is equipped with a touch screen and control software, which can display and record temperature, pressure and other parameters in real time, support pressure and temperature grading alarms, process data recording and transmission, historical data trend analysis and other functions, and can be remotely monitored and operated through a computer or mobile app.
