The system is made of 316L stainless steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Based on the characteristics of polyester technology, heat tracing insulation has been designed in key areas such as the condensation pipeline and discharge port to effectively prevent blockage of high melting point materials.
The integrated control system supports precise control and data recording of temperature, pressure, speed, and torque, and has two-level safety interlock protection.
