Equipment structure and working principle
4.1 Structure
★ It consists of a front support, a feeding hopper, a screw, a filter screen, a juice container, a rear support, and a slag discharge groove. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw to work through a pair of triangular belts.
2. Working principle
The main component of this device is a spiral, which gradually increases in diameter along the direction of the slag outlet and decreases in pitch. When the material is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity shrinks, resulting in compression of the material and juice extraction.
The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towards the slag hopper.
The raw materials are added to the feeding hopper and compressed under the push of the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom juice container through the filter screen, while the slag is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the pressure regulating head along the axial direction. When rotating the handwheel bearing seat clockwise by hand (looking from the slag discharge groove of the equipment towards the feeding hopper end), if the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, the gap will decrease, otherwise the gap will increase. Changing the size of the pores, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, can change the juice yield. But if the pores are too small, under strong squeezing, some of the slag particles will be squeezed out through the filter screen together with the juice. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice relatively decreases. Therefore, the size of the pores should be determined according to the specific process requirements of the user.
