1、 Main structure of continuous dry mixed mortar mixer
The continuous mortar mixer consists of a driving device, a feeding device, a dry powder conveying area, a mortar mixing area, a discharge port, a water adding and electric control system. According to the application situation, choose to use it in conjunction with the pre mixed mortar storage tank or install a hopper for mixing bagged dry mixed mortar on the construction site.

5、 Partially applicable types of dry mix mortar

- Crack resistant mortar for vitrified microsphere insulation system and polystyrene particle insulation system
(Note: Due to the high-speed operation of the mixing shaft of the continuous dry mixed mortar mixer, it has a crushing effect on inorganic vitrified microbeads and is not suitable for mixing inorganic vitrified microbeads with rubber powder.)

6、 Maintenance and upkeep of continuous dry mixed mortar mixer
- After daily use, the continuous dry mixed mortar mixer must be thoroughly cleaned with water.
- Pay attention to keeping the surface of the motor casing and grille clean to prevent dust deposition or dirt from affecting the normal operation of the motor.
- Clean all connecting hoses.
- After opening the locking mechanism, remove the discharge port assembly and thoroughly clean it with water.
- Remove the mixing shaft for thorough cleaning.
- Remove the water supply hose from the connection of the mixing pipe.
- Thoroughly dry and clean the feeding hopper.
- Reinstall the mixing shaft and check if the installation is intact.
- Install the discharge port assembly onto the mixing pipe, ensuring that the bearing seat at the outlet end is concentric with the mixing shaft and fits well. Close the locking mechanism.
- Regularly lubricate the bearing seat and oil cup on the discharge port of the continuous dry mixed mortar mixer.
