The new design allows for the loading of long rubber sheets and strips without any pre cutting. Endless rubber strips can be easily fed through a cutter.

The reinforced C-frame is composed of a single cast iron component, making the R-VS 3000 a stable and reliable volumetric sample cutter on the market.

The cutting mechanism is composed of a dual pneumatic system, which ensures a constant, user-defined sample volume even on the hardest materials.

Simply press two operation buttons simultaneously to start the cutting sequence. At first, the material is compressed to a constant volume, and in the second step after the compression time has passed, the sample is automatically cut by a tool sliding upwards from the bottom onto the upper compression piston.
