The spiral stirring structure inside the mixer

• Spiral blades are generally made into double and triple layers
• The outer spiral collects materials from both sides towards the center
• The inner spiral transports materials from the center to both sides

Mixing cylinder is equipped with a jacket outside to achieve heating or cooling

A jacket can be added outside the mixer cylinder to cool or heat the material by injecting cold and hot media into the jacket. Cooling is usually pumped into industrial water, while heating can be done by introducing steam or thermal oil. Heating method of thermal oil:

• Optional heating thermocouple can be installed inside the jacket filled with thermal oil to meet low heating requirements
• External heating of the heat transfer oil can be used, and then the hot oil can be pumped into the jacket to achieve more uniform heating of the material

Can be configured with manual feeding port or fully open top cover

On the conical mixer set up on the platform, manual feeding ports and screening grids can be configured.
On small devices, the cylinder cover can be made fully open for users to manually feed and clean the inside of the equipment.

Multiple discharge methods such as plum blossom discharge valve and edge discharge are available for selection

Generally, a plum blossom shaped "displacement valve" is used, which is tightly attached to the bottom of the long spiral, effectively reducing mixing dead corners. The driving form is available in manual and pneumatic modes. According to user needs, butterfly valves, ball valves, star shaped unloaders, edge discharges, etc. can also be installed.

Multiple materials to choose from, including carbon steel and stainless steel

The plate of the conical spiral belt mixer can use various metal materials available in the market, usually including carbon steel, manganese steel, 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 321 stainless steel, and other materials. Choosing the right materials not only ensures the normal production of qualified products, but also guarantees the lowest equipment cost.
