The gearbox is overheated.
Handling method: 1. The oil level inside the machine should be injected according to the prescribed requirements; 2. Regularly clean the interior and replace the oil or bearings in a timely manner.

The conveyor belt deviates and slips.
Solution: 1. Adjust the frame or drum to keep it straight; 2. Adjust the rollers and correct the conveyor belt; 3. Ensure that the joint is perpendicular to the center of the conveyor belt; 4. Adjust the position of the coal drop point.

The conveyor belt is aging and torn.
Handling method: 1. Be sure to store the conveyor belt according to the manufacturer's requirements; 2. Please ask professional personnel to replace it in a timely manner, and pay attention to preventing the mesh belt from hanging on fixed components or falling into metal components; 3. Try to avoid using short distance paving as much as possible.

The delivery network is broken.
Solution: 1. Replace aged and torn conveyor belts in a timely manner; 2. Choose materials with stable physical properties, pay attention to waterproofing and cold resistance; 3. The joint department should conduct regular inspections.
