Introduction

According to the new "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Testing of Power Equipment", the measurement of conductive circuit resistance of various switchgear shall not be less than 100A. Our factory has designed and developed a new generation of intelligent circuit resistance tester products in accordance with the new regulations. The circuit resistance tester is suitable for testing the contact resistance value of the main contact of high and low voltage switches, the DC resistance value of high and low voltage cable lines, etc. The intelligent circuit resistance tester adopts 100A constant current output. The maximum output voltage of 10V can be achieved by using a test line with a thin load surface, greatly reducing the labor intensity of on-site testing personnel. The testing process is entirely controlled by a single chip and automatically implemented, with high accuracy, good repeatability, simplicity and ease of use. The test data is displayed on a LCD screen and is suitable for different working environments.
