The Coleparmer fully automatic tissue grinder HG-800 (formerly 2030) Geno/Grinder is designed to effectively destroy cell samples by vertically oscillating multiple deep hole titration plates, tanks, tubes, or small bottles. This grinding method allows for the preparation of sample tissues for extracting nucleic acids, proteins, and other components by stirring samples, steel balls, or grinding beads with lysis agents in each well of a titration plate, r n test tube, or small bottle.

HG-800 is a future oriented fully automated animal and plant tissue grinder, integrated with an automated robot system. Mainly aimed at fully automated laboratories. Open API interface, can be used in conjunction with a robotic arm to achieve full automation: grabbing samples, grinding samples, putting back samples, grabbing the next sample, grinding samples, and so on. It has the same intense vertical grinding motion as HG-600 (Geno/Grinder 2010). The average processing time for each cycle is two minutes or less. The multifunctional fixture can accommodate titration plates, small bottles, and all standard SPE plates. This fully automatic tissue grinder is an ideal choice for high-throughput processing of agricultural, biological, environmental, and clinical samples. It allows users to run one or two preloaded stacked titration plates simultaneously. Various grinding media can be used to grind the sample with or without buffer solution.
