HG-250 frozen GenoLyte ® It is an efficient and compact laboratory homogenizer that uses a circulating cooler (not included) to maintain sample temperature between 0 and 10 while effectively disrupting cell structure through horizontal oscillation of a 2mL vial. The sample materials that can be prepared include seeds, stems, roots, leaves, and animal tissues.

Separating nucleic acid from a complete sample requires mechanical disruption of the sample, followed by extraction and subsequent purification of the nucleic acid. Mechanical tissue destruction is usually manually carried out using a mortar and pestle, which is effective for daily use

For regular screening, it is not practical because manual grinding of tissues is slow, and repeated use of mortar and pestle may lead to cross contamination. Alternatively, balls or beads of the sample can be mechanically destroyed

Separate nucleic acids from small bottles. Then, conventional separation methods can be used to extract nucleic acids from the homogenate.

Easy to operate: Fix the small bottle in the sample cooling chamber and close the lid. Check if the operating time and speed of the control device are correct, and press the START button. After running, lift the lid and remove the small bottle.

Its functions include modern design, quick connection cooling settings, operation commands issued through digital timers, transparent cover that allows viewing of the sample loading area, safety interlock, and fixture orientation, making loading/unloading samples easy.
