Introduction
The coal activity analyzer, also known as the activated carbon analyzer, is a specialized instrument for measuring the reactivity of coal to oxygen, and is also one of the instruments used in coal gasification research. This instrument has the advantages of fast heating rate, good insulation performance, accurate temperature control, sensitivity, etc., and meets the requirements of GB/T220-2001 "Determination Method for Chemical Reactivity of Coal to Dioxygen * *". It can be used by units such as coal, chemical industry, building materials, power, metallurgy, geological exploration and scientific research departments.

The instrument consists of three main parts: a dioxygen purification system, a reactor, and a gas analyzer
1. Purification system: including two * * stabilizing gas cylinders, pressure gauges, gas washing cylinders, gas drying towers, and gas flow meters.
2. Reactor: Silicon carbon tube vertical tube furnace, with a heating temperature of up to 1350 ℃, equipped with quartz reaction tubes that can withstand temperatures up to 1500 ℃. The temperature control adopts the SW-2 digital temperature controller with temperature control accuracy, clear reading without parallax, and automatic constant temperature control throughout the range of 0-1600 ℃, which is very convenient to operate and use.
3. Gas analyzer: The measurement range is 0-100 *, with an accuracy of ± 2%.

Operation and use of activity analyzer:
Remove the heat dissipation cover and furnace front baffle, carefully insert the silicon carbon tube into the corundum outer sleeve, connect the wire through the small hole of the heat dissipation cover and the electrode of the silicon carbon tube, and then install the heat dissipation cover and front baffle.
The wire leading out of the silicon carbon tube heating electrode is connected to the output terminal of the controller, and the thermocouple wire is connected to the thermocouple terminal of the controller. Be careful not to reverse the polarity of+and -. The input terminal of the controller is connected to a 220V power supply.
Maintenance and upkeep of coal activity analyzer:
1. Silicon carbon nanotubes are brittle and fragile, and should be handled with care during installation and use.
2. The silicon carbon tube electrode card is insulated with mica sheets, and special attention must be paid during installation and disassembly to prevent short circuits.
3. The controller has an electrical malfunction and should be repaired by experienced electrical maintenance personnel or notified to our company for resolution.
