summary
Circulating water side filter, also known as side filter sand tank, high-speed filter sand tank.
filtering states When the system is in a filtered state, unfiltered water passes through the water distributor and, in conjunction with the casing, reaches the filter material layer (sand) inside the filter in a nearly laminar state. When water flows through the filter layer, impurities are trapped within the filter layer. Collect the filtered water evenly through a water collector and flow it out. Advection filtration determines that the filter can filter at high flow rates and still achieve good filtration results.
Backwash status As impurities accumulate in the filter layer, the head loss will continue to increase. When the head loss reaches a certain set limit, the system will automatically switch to backwash mode to clean the accumulated impurities. Backwash is carried out every time the pressure difference reaches 0.05-0.07MPa, and after the backwash is completed, the pressure difference returns to the initial 0.02-0.03MPa. Backwashing applies the principles of backwashing and surface scrubbing.
Characteristics of filtration system Before leaving the factory, it has undergone complete testing and can be manually/automatically controlled Carefully selected homogeneous filter material with high filtration efficiency Internally and externally, epoxy sprayed carbon steel material is used Water distributor, simple, uniform, and reliable; The precision processed water collector has high strength and a service life of over 10 years; • Reliable performance: The system has undergone complete testing before leaving the factory, and its performance is reliable. Easy to install: Simply connect the inlet and outlet water and sewage pipes during installation, and no on-site production is required. Low backwash water consumption: Using homogeneous filter material extends the backwash cycle, greatly reducing the total backwash water consumption. High backwashing efficiency: Advanced water distributors ensure stable and efficient backwashing effects.
