The LY series turbine oil filter impurity plate frame oil filter is a pressure type oil filter product independently developed by Ashton. It can be used as a primary impurity filtering machine for turbine oil, and then vacuum filtered.

The plate and frame pressure oil filter is mainly used for filtering water and impurities in transformer oil, turbine oil, vacuum hydraulic oil, extreme pressure gear oil, mechanical oil and other lubricating oils in power plants, power stations, substations (rooms) of industrial and mining enterprises, tractor stations, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, defense industries and other units. It is an ideal equipment for pre filtration of vacuum oil purifiers and turbine oil filters.

Due to the limitations of gear structure and device structure, it is not suitable for high viscosity oils; For non slip oils such as gasoline and kerosene, special materials can be selected for use with special motors according to user needs. When the viscosity of the oil is high, the oil should be heated first (such as using the DJL series heating device produced by our factory) to reduce the viscosity of the oil and facilitate filtration. If the oil is too dirty, the sedimentation method can be used first to remove a large amount of impurities before using this oil filter for filtration.
