The AXDY-50 dual oil pump equipment is an oil treatment equipment specially developed and produced by our company based on the significant differences in performance indicators such as kinematic viscosity, flash point, and viscosity temperature characteristics of various grades of lubricating oil. It is suitable for purifying and processing more oil products. It is an ideal equipment for industrial and mining enterprises to purify various liquid oil products. Choosing dual or multi-stage vacuum can increase oil processing efficiency and greatly shorten the oil processing period.

The AXDY-50 dual oil pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, oil fields, chemical engineering, mining, power, transportation, and manufacturing. It can effectively purify and regenerate deteriorated liquid oil products such as hydraulic oil, hydraulic transmission oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, compressor oil, refrigeration engine oil, heat treatment oil, turbine oil, etc. It can quickly remove water, gas, mechanical impurities, light acids, light hydrocarbons (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia), etc. from the oil. Improve oil quality, restore lubricating oil viscosity, flash point, and performance. Ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, power system, and lubrication system. Moreover, the specially configured dual oil pump mechanism achieves fast pumping speed and large pumping capacity, capable of pumping high viscosity lubricating oil and gear oil, fully realizing the filtering function of various grades and viscosities of lubricating oil. No matter how high the viscosity is, it is not afraid to easily achieve pumping, discharging, and filtering functions.
Technical features:
1. This machine adopts three-dimensional vacuum flash evaporation technology, which has strong emulsion breaking and water removal capabilities.
2. Optimized cycle electric heating constant temperature automatic control system to ensure uniform oil heating, stable oil temperature, and dead oil zone.

4. Precise multi-stage filtration system, using filter materials with composite microporous structure, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, good mechanical strength, long service life, capable of deeply filtering out fine particles in oil.

Using high-quality filter elements and connection sealing materials, it is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and has good mechanical strength, meeting the high temperature requirements for filtering high viscosity oil and expanding the range of oil types that can be purified by the oil filter.
6. Advanced float type liquid level control system and pressure protection device make operation simple, safe and reliable.
7. The use of strong wind condensation technology for the mixed gas produced by flash evaporation enhances the effective output power of the equipment, greatly extends the service life of the vacuum pump, and eliminates the inconvenience caused to users by circulating water cooling.

Working Principle:
When the oil filter is working, the oil that needs to be filtered enters the electric heater under the action of vacuum suction and oil inlet pump. The heated oil enters the strong magnetic filter, where large particles and impurities are filtered out. The oil containing small impurities enters the secondary and tertiary filters to filter out fine impurities in the oil. Then, the oil with impurities removed enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash evaporation tower. Under the action of the spray device, the oil is dispersed into a mist and sprayed onto the three-dimensional flash evaporation Bao'er ring, forming a very thin oil film (thickness of 0.025mm). The oil film curve moves downward, producing a large aeration area and aeration time retention process, thus carrying out a thorough separation process of demulsification, dehydration, and degassing. The mixed gas formed by evaporated water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water gas separation device, strong wind condenser and vacuum buffer chamber. The water vapor and condensable gases are condensed and discharged through the drainage device, while the non condensable gases are discharged through the vacuum pump. Finally, the oil that has been removed of moisture, gas, and mechanical impurities is input into a precision filter through an oil transfer pump. The purified clean oil is obtained by removing particulate impurities from the oil, completing the entire oil purification process.
