Steam can be injected into the chamber to achieve saturated vapor pressure during chip injection (aqueous solution). Inert gases such as nitrogen and argon can also be introduced into the chamber to improve the success rate of chip injection and experimental efficiency. The size of the chip environment sampling chamber supports customer customization.
