Overview
The centrifugal spray dryer is a hot air distributor on the top of the drying chamber through the filter and heater. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid passes through the filter and is pumped to the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber, which is sprayed into tiny atomized droplets. It contacts the hot air with a large surface area, and the water evaporates rapidly. It is dried into granular products in a very short time. The wet waste gas captured in the tower bottom and cyclone separator is discharged to the outside by the fan.

1、 Working principle
The air passes through the filter and heater, and enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. 2、 Characteristics and Applications
1. The drying speed is fast. After centrifugal spray, the surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased. In the high-temperature airflow, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds.
2. Suitable for heat sensitive materials. Due to the parallel flow of liquid droplets and hot air, although the temperature of the hot air is high, the material will not overheat when water evaporates.
3. Widely applicable. A large number of materials with significant differences in physical properties are produced using this method. Such as polymers and resins; Dyes and pigments; Ceramics and glass; Rust removers and insecticides; Carbohydrates; Dairy products category; Blood and fish products category; Fertilizers; Organic and inorganic compounds; Wait.
