Core structure composition
Furnace system
The furnace body is made of high-temperature resistant alloy material, with a horizontal cylindrical shape and low-speed rotation function. The speed can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0.5-10r/min to ensure that the material is fully rolled, heated, and evenly coated inside the furnace. Some models are equipped with tilt angle adjustment devices, which can flexibly control the residence time and discharge speed of materials.
Temperature Control System
Using intelligent temperature control instruments and thermocouples for precise temperature control, the heating methods include electric heating, gas heating, etc. The working temperature range is wide, with a conventional range of 500-1200 ℃. Some high-end models can exceed 1500 ℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, meeting the coating process requirements of different powder materials.
Atmosphere control system
Equipped with a closed furnace body sealing structure and gas delivery system, inert gases such as nitrogen and argon, or reducing gases such as hydrogen can be introduced as needed to accurately regulate the atmosphere inside the furnace, prevent high-temperature oxidation of powder materials, and ensure the purity and integrity of the carbon coating layer.

Feeding and discharging system
Support continuous or intermittent operation, with a spiral feeder installed at the feeding end to achieve quantitative and uniform feeding; The discharge end is equipped with a cooling device to avoid secondary reactions of the material at high temperatures, while reducing the discharge temperature for subsequent collection and processing.
control system
The integrated PLC programmable control system can achieve automatic linkage control of parameters such as speed, temperature, atmosphere concentration, and feed/discharge speed, supporting the storage and retrieval of process parameters and reducing manual operation errors.
