1.1. Basic Information
Scope of use:Car seat, installation device and seat belt device testing machineMainly used for testing the strength test of seat belt fixing points. This testing machine is suitable for the following situations: strength evaluation testing of seat belt fixing points, new product design, process changes, material changes, source identification, product quality sampling, etc. The experimental software interface adopts a Windows environment, with a user-friendly human-machine interface and easy operation.

1.3.Performance Characteristics

Electrical control and acquisition system
The entire electrical control and acquisition system can be divided into: electrical drive system and motion control system.
2.2.1.Electrical Drive System
The electrical drive system relies on standard cabinets and is the core of power distribution and electrical logic control for the entire equipment. All signal wire connections are completed in this section, which uses optoelectronic isolated solid-state relays and high-quality shielded cables in critical areas to effectively reduce interference with control and sampling signals during the operation of the servo motor system.
Using standard cabinets to place industrial computers, displays, servo control systems, electrical drive systems, etc., the overall layout is neat, with good dust resistance, providing a stable and safe operating environment for the system.
2.2.2. Measurement control system
The measurement and control system adopts a multifunctional board from NI Corporation in the United States, which is a robust and reliable high-performance industrial grade control card with industry standard certification. It is highly suitable for applications that require waveform acquisition, high-speed control, or signal processing.

2.3.software system

The real-time display system and upper level software system for test status run on Advantech industrial control computers, which can perform complex programming and complete tasks such as storing sampling data.

1. The upper computer runs on the Windows operating system, with a user-friendly interface and easy operation
2. Hidden most of the hardware configuration parameters, leaving only a small number of hardware configuration parameters that users need to use, simplifying user operations
3. Real time display of sensor sampling instantaneous values after software startup, and maximum and minimum sensor sampling values can also be displayed during testing
4. The data processing method of the test curve can be combined with the test operation parameters to form a whole test module, with flexible combination settings, easy calling, and the ability to save and read all parameters
5. All experimental data can be stored completely;
