Agilent ProteoAnalyzerCapillary protein electrophoresis systemIt is a parallel capillary electrophoresis instrument that can automatically perform capillary electrophoresis dodecyl (CE-SDS) analysis on reduced and non reduced protein samples. The system can separate 12 samples in just 30 minutes, eliminating the tedious process of SDS-PAGE gel preparation, dyeing/decoloring and analysis, allowing you to focus on the results.

The ProteoAnalyzer system can separate proteins ranging from 10 kDa to 240 kDa and analyze proteins with a wide molecular weight range in a single run. The performance of each capillary can be restored between each separation, allowing for the analysis of different samples, including monoclonal antibodies, biosimilars, protein purification components, and crude lysates.
