1、 Working principle:

The K-WKL-B aging test chamber/natural ventilation aging test machine (new model, with tempered glass observation windows inside and outside, 3 layers in total, with lighting) is commonly used for hot air aging tests of rubber products, cable and optical cable insulation and sheath, and other materials. The temperature control adopts digital display and PID automatic adjustment temperature controller, which can set the working temperature arbitrarily and automatically maintain a constant temperature, allowing natural convection of hot air and promoting rapid aging of the sample under constant temperature conditions.

The main structure, instruments, and materials of the aging test chamber were designed after detailed research on the airflow and temperature inside the chamber. It has the advantages of sensitive temperature control, good temperature uniformity, large effective space, and stable performance. This model refers to standards such as JB/T4278.6-2001 Natural Ventilation Thermal Aging Test Chamber, IEC60811-1-2 Thermal Aging Test Method, GB/T2951.12-2008, JB/T7444, GB/T2951.31.8.1.1, etc.

1. The ground around the equipment is flat and there is no strong vibration

2. There is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment

1. The space on both sides of the device needs to be kept at least 60cm

2. The front of the device needs to maintain a space of no less than 120cm
