PLC control allows for the definition of exact required cutting length and cutting frequency. The combination of automatic feeding and specific unloading systems ensures high-speed and accurate cutting. The fast and automatic cycle ensures good cutting efficiency, and can cut a complete rubber bag in less than 3 minutes. All cut materials are uniformly sent out by the discharge conveyor, which can be linked to storage boxes or other conveying systems. For the safety of operators, long enclosed channels are equipped for feeding and output, combined with safety barriers at the entrance and exit to ensure personnel safety.
