Product Introduction:
Three dimensional electrolysis equipment, also known as multidimensional electrolysis equipment or three-dimensional electrolysis reactor, is an efficient sewage treatment equipment developed by our company. It is based on traditional microelectrolysis equipment, with special fillers added between the electrode plates. The equipment has a simple structure, high electrolysis efficiency, low power consumption, and the electrodes are not easily passivated. It has a good treatment effect on difficult to biodegrade and difficult to degrade organic matter, and has good adaptability to low conductivity wastewater.
Equipment structure:
The three-dimensional electrolysis equipment consists of four main parts: power control cabinet, pre catalytic reactor, catalytic oxidation reactor, and dosing device, and is equipped with a water pump for lifting. With the help of external processing frequency current, it is rectified into direct current, and then the wastewater is electrolyzed through the electrode plate, resulting in efficient catalytic oxidation electrochemical reaction in the reactor.
Reaction principle:
Under the action of an external electric field, the device interacts with the specialized catalytic filler between the plates, forming multiple multidimensional charged electric fields, thereby achieving the goal of degrading organic matter. Compared with traditional two-dimensional electrodes, the area ratio of three-dimensional electrodes is greatly increased, greatly improving current efficiency, unit spatiotemporal efficiency, sewage treatment efficiency, and organic matter degradation effect. At the same time, it also has better adaptability to wastewater with low conductivity.
