The machine tool adopts ball screw transmission in the longitudinal direction (to avoid the disadvantage of inaccurate gear and rack transmission), and is automatically controlled by the CNC system. It can achieve automatic movement from one hole to the next, with precise positioning and no need for manual movement.
The CNC system is embedded with automatic programming software developed in collaboration with Siemens, which only requires inputting parameters such as roll diameter and specifications to automatically edit and generate crescent groove processing programs and engraving programs. Reduced tedious programming work and improved processing efficiency.
