The XK9350 series CNC spiral steel roll crescent groove milling machine is suitable for processing rolls with a diameter less than 500mm and a length less than 2500mm. It can automatically process various specifications of crescent grooves and equal height rib grooves for φ 6~φ 50 spiral steel rolls (fully compliant with GB1499-2018 standard). The machine tool automatically cuts crescent shaped grooves with different rotation directions and arbitrary helix angles according to customer requirements, and can divide or space the rolling mill circumference equally (or unevenly); Product specifications, grades, trademarks, and other markings can be automatically engraved at any position on the rolling mill (except for XK9350F and MTC2540). It is also possible to perform arbitrary groove, text, and marking processing on non-standard rollers according to user requirements. To achieve the goal of outstanding functionality and multi-purpose use of one machine.
The milling head adopts the latest rolling arc guide rail support, which solves the rigidity problem of milling head support and greatly improves the sensitivity and positioning accuracy of the rotation direction. The hair washing motor is driven by a high-power 2.2KW motor to ensure stability during the cutting process.
The machine tool adopts ball screw transmission in the longitudinal direction (to avoid the disadvantage of inaccurate gear and rack transmission), and is automatically controlled by the CNC system. It can achieve automatic movement from one hole to the next, with precise positioning and no need for manual movement.
The machine tool tailstock adopts a fixed top and high-precision tailstock rotating spindle structure to avoid the problem of insufficient support rigidity caused by the use of ordinary movable tops.
