The main spindle of the workpiece headstock is driven by a high torque servo motor, and the transmission scheme of the main spindle's large gear is driven by a double gear output clearance reducer, ensuring the transmission rigidity, motion, and positioning accuracy of the large-diameter and inertia roll workpiece.
3. Powerful CNC rotary table milling head processing. Suitable for carving and milling grooves and shapes with large cutting amounts on rolling mills. A CNC slide table and high-speed electric spindle milling head scheme are installed on the saddle skateboard. Suitable for high-speed and lightweight engraving and milling of characters, markings, etc. on the outer circumference of rolling mills and inside the hole of steel sections. It can engrave characters on high hardness materials.
