2、 Structural characteristics of stainless steel buffer solution tank:
1. The buffer solution tank body adopts a hygienic and sterile design, and each pipe mouth is stretched to form a smooth transition, avoiding cleaning dead corners caused by direct socket welding, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process. The surface of the inner tank is polished with a mirror finish (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 µ m); the outer surface is made of mirror panels or frosted plates, which are hygienic and aesthetically pleasing.
2. The process interface adopts ISO standard quick release chuck type interface, which is hygienic without dead corners, easy to disassemble, and equipped with anti-corrosion gaskets. Ensure service life.
3. Equipped with online cleaning (CIP) and online sterilization (SIP) functions, in compliance with GMP standards.
4. Mechanical stirring or magnetic stirring can be used, and the stirring form is often blade or propeller wheel or anchor type. The specific type of mixing to be used depends on the characteristics of the material.
5. The inner surface is treated with a mirror finish, while the outer surface is matte or has a mirror finish on the upper and lower heads. The straight cylindrical part is matte treated, making it easy to clean and leaving no dead corners.
6. The heating jacket can be of the full jacket type, semi tube type, or honeycomb type. Design jacket forms based on material characteristics and heat transfer requirements to ensure heat transfer efficiency and save costs.
7. Temperature display control system and liquid level display system can be selected as needed. For automatic level requirements, remote output control function can be equipped. For routine operation observation, local display and manual control can be used.
8. The pipe mouth adopts a stretching and flanging process with a curved transition, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has no dead corners, ensuring the reliability, stability, and compliance with GMP requirements of the production process.
