Product Details
BenchTop Turbo is flexible and compact, suitable for thermal evaporation and sample preparation, and is a powerful and versatile high vacuum evaporation and sputtering system. It can perform full range, low-voltage (resistive) thermal evaporation, and can produce fine grain thin films through sputtering for use in high-resolution microscopy.
BenchTop Turbo can be installed with two targets and can also perform confocal deposition, making it ideal for thermal resistance evaporation, sample preparation sputtering, and rotational shielding. It has stable performance and high reliability.

Low voltage resistor (thermal) evaporation, high vacuum carbon coating, high-resolution micro coating

Advantages:
BenchTop Turbo can save crowded laboratory space and is installed on a 32 inch wide countertop with a touchscreen interface that is easy to maintain and operate. Using the glow discharge option, argon plasma can be applied to clean SEM samples and TEM grids, removing surface hydrocarbon contamination. Based on this feature, carbon supported membranes have hydrophilicity and can therefore be immersed in aqueous solutions.
