Belt conveyor turning device

This device does not require power and can replace the overlapping transportation of two or more belt conveyors caused by lane turns after installation. After more than ten years of technological exploration and the successful application of nearly 600 sets of turning devices in coal mines, the device has overcome the shortcomings in structure, use, and other aspects in the early stage. This technology has become very mature:

1. The external dimensions are smaller, and as long as the space for overlapping two belt conveyors can be met, a turning device can be installed.
2. The small drum structure arranged according to the spatial envelope on the turning drum is more compact, and the tape trajectory is more in line with the surface curve of the drum, reducing the operating resistance coefficient of the belt conveyor
3. The sealing structure of the small rollers on the steering drum has changed and the number has increased, allowing the drum to work normally in harsh environments such as water.
4. The shape of the small drum on the turning drum has changed from cylindrical to spindle shaped, making the tape run more smoothly on the drum.
