The Beiqi Biochemical Reprogramming Kit is developed based on the breakthrough achievement of Professor Deng Hongkui's team at Peking University, which uses chemical small molecules to induce the transformation of human adult cells into pluripotent stem cells. It can stably and efficiently reprogram human adult adipose derived stromal cells and skin fibroblasts into human chemically induced pluripotent stem cells (referred to as human CiPS cells). In addition to the preparation kit for chemically reprogramming induced human pluripotent stem cells (CiPSC), the company has also successfully developed research and clinical GMP grade seed cells and officially started commercial cooperation with external parties.

Chemical reprogramming is a new generation of human pluripotent stem cell preparation technology independently developed by Professor Deng Hongkui's team at Peking University. Compared with traditional "somatic cell nuclear transfer" and "transgenic overexpression transcription factor" reprogramming to prepare pluripotent stem cells, chemical reprogramming is simpler, more efficient, and safer, solving the "bottleneck" problem in the underlying technology for the development of stem cells and regenerative medicine in China.
