The main structure and principle of the testing machine

1) The testing machine is mainly composed of a workbench, a secondary impact prevention mechanism, a column tube, a hammer body, a hammer suction cup and an automatic drop hammer mechanism, an electrical control box, a machine base, etc.

2) Working principle of testing machine:

On the suction mechanism of the testing machine column, an electromagnet is installed to control the falling hammer and impact the specimen to achieve the testing purpose. When the hammer impacts the sample and the sample does not break, causing the hammer to rebound, the photoelectric signal controls the hammer holding mechanism to quickly catch the rebound hammer, achieving the goal of preventing secondary impact.

Installation of testing machine

After disassembling the testing machine, place it on the foundation with the anchor screws, adjust the bottom of the machine base to make the lead hammer degree of the guide tube reach 1/1000, tighten the anchor screws, connect the cable between the control box and the host, and connect the power supply.

Usage

1) Turn on the machine power,

2) Select the platform based on the diameter of the tested pipe:

Place the sample in place, manually adjust the lifting rod nut, and observe that the upper surface of the sample just touches the electric eye before stopping; Ensure that the monitoring shock eye is not obstructed and the zero point indicator light goes out. Select the hammer body, adjust the lower edge of the suction plate and the scale scale according to the length of the hammer body, suction cup to a height of 50mm at the lower edge, and the zero point of the scale is the bottom plate plane.

The calculation of the hammer height is as follows: a 2KG hammer length of 135mm, a platform height of 40mm, and a sample thickness of 10mm. Therefore, when the lower edge of the suction hammer plate is adjusted to the scale of 1235mm, the hammer impact height is 1200mm. (Hammer impact height=hammer length -50mm - platform height - high point of sample thickness+1200mm).

Press the "brake" button, press the "impact" button, the indicator light will turn on, take the hammer body and place it in the suction cup, confirm that the sample is placed properly again, press the "impact" button, the hammer body falls down, hits the sample and bounces up, the secondary impact device acts, and the hammer plate closesClose and quickly remove the hammer, otherwise open it after 3 seconds.
