Product Introduction
The BS0606 intelligent three-phase electricity inspection instrument is a high-precision testing instrument developed and researched by our company, which integrates measurement of electrical parameters, calibration of electric energy meters, and wiring judgment. The instrument is equipped with high-precision and high linearity voltage transformers and current transformers, making the measurement accuracy of various parameters very high. At the same time, it is equipped with clamp shaped current transformers, making on-site wiring simple and can be directly connected without disconnecting the current circuit.
The instrument adopts a large screen color LCD as the display, with a fully Chinese graphical operation interface and a LCD display interface with Chinese character prompt information and multi parameter display. The human-machine dialogue interface is friendly, and the vector diagram display and wiring judgment provide reliable basis for checking the correctness of the circuit. The full touch conductive silicone keyboard operation mode has a good operation feel and is easy to learn. The instrument is equipped with a large capacity power failure data storage, which can save on-site verification data and store up to 1000 sets of on-site verification results. It can provide a backend microcomputer management software to upload the results to the computer for microcomputer management.
During instrument operation, the rear bracket can be opened and placed on the desktop for use, or it can be operated handheld. For the convenience of handheld operation, this machine can add a fastening strap to fix the handheld operation. During handheld operation, the hand can be fixed on the left side of the instrument, ensuring the convenience and flexibility of handheld operation.
Product Features
1. The instrument is a high-precision testing device specifically designed to detect power quality issues such as waveform distortion, harmonic content, voltage fluctuations and flicker, and three-phase imbalance in the power grid. It also has the functions of electrical parameter testing and vector analysis.
2. It can accurately measure various electrical parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, etc.
3. It can display the vector diagram of the measured voltage and current, and users can analyze the vector diagram to determine the correctness of the wiring of the measuring equipment.
4. The current is measured using a clamp type current transformer, as the operator does not need to disconnect the current circuit when measuring with a clamp type current transformer, making it convenient and safe to measure. Depending on the user's measurement range, different ranges of clamp meters can be selected.
5. It can measure and analyze the quality of AC power supplied by the public power grid to the user end, including frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, flicker, allowable imbalance of three-phase voltage, and grid harmonics.
6. It can display single-phase voltage and current waveforms and simultaneously display three-phase voltage and current waveforms.
7. All test interfaces have a screen lock function to facilitate user reading and data analysis.

Load fluctuation monitoring: measuring and analyzing the fluctuations caused by various electrical equipment in different operating states on the power quality of the public grid, regularly recording and storing the changing trends of power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, phase, etc.
