Product Introduction
At present, the conventional QJ44 double arm DC bridge is commonly used for measuring contact resistance in power systems. However, the testing current of this type of bridge is only in the mA level, making it difficult to detect the defect of reduced cross-sectional area of the circuit conductor. When measuring the contact resistance of high-voltage switch conductive circuits, the measured value is several times larger due to the influence of oil film and oxide layer between the contacts, and cannot truly reflect the contact resistance value; To this end, the Ministry of Electric Power standard SD301-88 "Code for Handover and Preventive Testing of AC 500KV Power Equipment" and the new version of "Code for Preventive Testing of Power Equipment" stipulate that the measured current of contact resistance of circuit breakers and isolating switches shall not be less than 100A DC to ensure accurate test results.
This circuit resistance tester is designed based on the power implementation standard DL/T845.4-2004 of the People's Republic of China, using a combination of high-frequency switching power supply technology and digital circuit technology. It is suitable for measuring the circuit resistance of switch control equipment. The test current adopts the recommended DC 50A and 100A in the national standard, and the circuit resistance can be directly measured at 50A or 100A. The final test results are displayed in numbers; The circuit resistance tester measures accurately and has stable performance, meeting the requirements of on-site high-voltage switch maintenance by power and supply departments and circuit resistance testing by high-voltage switch factories.

The over temperature protection circuit can automatically stop outputting current when the instrument exceeds the set temperature, ensuring safe use of the instrument.
