Product Introduction

The BS0307C intelligent detection instrument for contact pressure of isolation switches can display and remember the contact pressure of the contact fingers at each pair of contact positions by simply opening the sensor simulating the contact of the test clamp. This instrument effectively solves a major problem in measuring the contact pressure of the contact fingers. It is used for various types of isolation switch contact pressure detection. The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer and uses high-precision pressure sensors from Germany. It is easy to operate, accurate in measurement, strong in anti-interference ability, and easy to carry. It is suitable for measuring the contact pressure of isolation switches in various occasions. This product fills the gap in pressure measurement of isolation switches in China and can also be used for inspection of contact pressure by isolation switch manufacturers. Changing the shape of the pressure sensor can also measure the contact pressure of circuit breakers.

The BS0307C isolation switch touch finger pressure intelligent detector sensor adopts two types: clamp sensor A is used to measure the pressure measurement of the transfer type touch finger, and long double sensor B is used to measure the pressure measurement of the scissor type isolation switch touch finger,

The pressure sensor converts the pressure into an electrical signal and transmits it to the analog-to-digital conversion (AD) circuit through a shielded cable to convert it into a digital signal. The two sensor signals are input to the host through the I/O interface circuit for processing and storage, and displayed on the display screen for testing results and connected to the computer.
