Product Introduction

At present, the conventional QJ44 double arm DC bridge is commonly used in power systems to measure contact resistance. However, the testing current of this type of bridge is only in the mA level, making it difficult to detect the defect of reduced cross-sectional area of the circuit conductor. When measuring the contact resistance of high-voltage switch conductive circuits, the measured value is several times larger due to the influence of oil film and oxide layer between the contacts, and cannot truly reflect the contact resistance value. For this purpose, the standard DL/T845.4-2004 "General Technical Conditions for Resistance Measuring Devices: Loop Resistance Testers" and the new version of the verification regulation JJG1052-2009 "Verification Regulation for Loop Resistance Testers and Direct Resistance Testers" of the Ministry of Electric Power stipulate that the measurement current for measuring (isolating) switches, circuit breakers and other contact resistances should not be less than 100A DC, and the minimum current holding time should not be less than 60 seconds, to ensure accurate test results.

The operation panel of this instrument adopts ergonomic design, conforms to operating habits, uses high-frequency switching power supply and digital circuit technology, and is suitable for measuring the circuit resistance of switch control equipment. The test current adopts the recommended DC 100A and 200A by the national standard, and the circuit resistance can be directly measured under DC 100A and 200A. The test results are displayed on a large LCD screen, and have functions such as data storage, output printing, and time setting. There are also 50A and 150A levels for users to choose from, with a maximum setting time of 599 seconds, which is greater than the standard requirement of 60 seconds.
