Product Introduction
The BS0206 transformer capacity and no-load characteristic tester is a high-precision instrument developed and researched by our company specifically for measuring transformer no-load, load parameters, and zero sequence impedance parameters. It can accurately measure a series of parameters such as no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, harmonic content, distortion rate, etc. of various transformers.
The BS0206 transformer capacity and no-load characteristic tester has the advantages of small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, good stability, and easy operation and learning. It can completely replace the previous method of measuring transformer loss and capacity using multiple meters. The wiring is simple, and the testing and recording are convenient, greatly improving work efficiency. It uses a large screen image form of true color LCD as the display window, with a graphical menu operation and Chinese character prompts. The display interface integrates multiple parameters on one screen, and the human-machine dialogue interface is friendly, easy to use, and fast. It is the preferred product for power users at all levels.
Product Features
1. It can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage, load loss, and zero sequence impedance of various types of transformers.
2. It can automatically perform waveform distortion correction, temperature correction (providing two methods of simple temperature correction and additional loss correction), voltage correction (no-load test under non rated voltage), and current correction (short-circuit test under non rated current conditions), which is very suitable for units that do not have slightly larger capacity transformer short-circuit test conditions.
3. It can measure three-phase voltage, three-phase current, average voltage, average current, two-phase active power (due to the use of a two power meter method, only the power of phases A and C is displayed here), and total power.
4. It can measure the content of 2-42nd harmonic of each phase voltage and current, as well as the total distortion rate (harmonic distortion) of each signal
5. It can display real-time waveforms of voltage and current in each phase, intuitively showing the distortion of the waveform.
6. Voltage circuit width limit: The maximum voltage can be measured up to 750V, and accuracy can be ensured without switching gears. The instrument itself will not be damaged due to incorrect voltage gear selection.
7. The large screen, full Chinese character menu, and operation prompts enable friendly human-machine dialogue. The conductive rubber buttons make operation easier, and the high brightness true color LCD display can adapt to all seasons of winter and summer.
8. Users can print out the results of the test data at any time through a micro printer

10. Built in real clock that can display the current date and time in real time, and can also store the test time when storing records.
