Product Introduction
Power quality refers to the quality of AC electricity supplied to users through the public power grid. Simply put, it refers to the quality of electricity in the power grid lines. Power quality issues are mainly caused by the terminal load side, such as the impact of reactive loads that can cause severe voltage fluctuations in the power grid and reduce power supply quality; With the development of power electronics technology, it has brought positive aspects of energy conservation and energy conversion to modern industry. At the same time, the widespread application of power electronic devices in various industries has brought new and more serious damage to power quality, and has become the main source of harmonic pollution in the power grid. When the power quality of the power grid is disturbed or polluted and does not meet relevant national standards, targeted improvement of power quality must be carried out. To understand the actual situation of power quality in the power grid, corresponding equipment must be tested and analyzed.
In response to the actual situation in China, our company has timely developed the BS0108 power quality analyzer that is suitable for the national conditions. This instrument is specifically designed to detect power quality problems such as waveform distortion, harmonic content, voltage fluctuations and flicker, and three-phase imbalance in the power grid. It also has functions such as electrical parameter testing and vector analysis.
Product Features
1. It can accurately measure various electrical parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, etc.
2. It can display the vector diagram of the measured voltage and current, and users can analyze the vector diagram to determine the correctness of the wiring of the measuring equipment.
3. The current is measured using a clamp type current transformer, as the operator does not need to disconnect the current circuit when measuring with a clamp type current transformer, making it convenient and safe to measure. Depending on the user's measurement range, different ranges of clamp meters can be selected.
4. It can measure and analyze the quality of AC power supplied by the public power grid to the user end, including frequency deviation, voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, flicker, allowable imbalance of three-phase voltage, and grid harmonics.
5. It can display single-phase voltage and current waveforms and simultaneously display three-phase voltage and current waveforms.
6. All test interfaces have a screen lock function to facilitate user reading and data analysis.
7. Load fluctuation monitoring: measuring and analyzing the fluctuations caused by various electrical equipment in different operating states on the power quality of the public grid, regularly recording and storing the changing trends of power parameters such as voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, phase, etc.
8. Dynamic monitoring of power equipment adjustment and operation process, helping users solve problems that arise during the adjustment and operation of power equipment.
9. Be able to test and analyze the dynamic parameters of reactive power compensation and filtering devices in the power system, and make quantitative evaluations of their functions and technical indicators
10. Different storage intervals can be set to continuously store data according to the set time intervals.
11. Built in large capacity data storage, with adjustable storage intervals from 5 seconds to 5 minutes. It can continuously store data for more than 18 months at 1-minute intervals, meeting the needs of long-term monitoring and testing points.
12. Equipped with a USB interface, it is convenient to directly copy data to the backend management computer.
13. In conjunction with powerful data management software, real-time sampling data can be directly uploaded to the backend management computer for more comprehensive and rapid processing.

Equipped with perpetual calendar and clock functions, real-time display of date and time, able to save test data and results during on-site testing, and upload them to the computer through serial port. Through the backend management software (optional accessories), data can be managed in a computerized manner, with powerful report functions.
15. Adopting a large imported color LCD screen as the display, the Chinese operation interface is equipped with Chinese character prompt information and a multi parameter display LCD display interface, making the human-machine dialogue interface friendly.
16. After 3 minutes of inactivity, the LCD display automatically enters power-saving mode to maximize battery life.
