Suitable for sampling, temperature measurement, water testing and other operations of liquid petroleum products in petrochemical enterprises. The sampling rope is woven from pure cotton yarn and sub conductive fibers. During the storage and transportation of liquid petroleum products, static electricity is generated. When liquid petroleum products with static electricity enter containers (such as oil tanks), the static potential of the liquid surface increases

During sampling, temperature measurement, and water testing, static discharge may be induced, leading to fire accidents. In view of the above safety hazards, our company has organized experts from the Static Electricity Safety Center of PetroChina to develop an anti-static sampling, temperature measurement, and water detection rope. The sampling rope has good static conductivity, which can quickly leak and dissipate the charges generated during sampling, temperature measurement, and water detection operations, prevent local accumulation of static electricity, and keep static sparks in a state that is not enough to cause combustion and explosion, thereby avoiding the occurrence of static accidents.

1. According to the diameter, it can be divided into: Φ 4mm, Φ 6mm, and Φ 8mm
2. Divided by length: 15m, 20m, 25m, 50m, 100m.
3. Resistance requirement: The resistance value of the entire sampling rope should be less than or equal to 108 ohms, and the resistance value per meter should be between 1103-1106 ohms.

4、 Product Instructions
(1) When conducting sampling, temperature measurement, water testing and other operations, grounding must be carried out. One end of the sampling rope is equipped with a grounding plate at the factory, and the user must fix the grounding plate on the metal grounding clip. The other end should be firmly connected to the sampling, temperature measurement, water testing and other equipment to prevent the phenomenon of the sampling rope not being grounded. The grounding point must not have insulation such as paint. (As shown in the picture)
(2) When conducting sampling, temperature measurement, water testing and other operations, do not pull or lift forcefully, the lifting speed should not exceed 0.5 meters per second, and the falling speed should not exceed 1 meter per second.
(3) When conducting sampling, temperature measurement, water testing and other operations, it is necessary to ensure the static time of liquid petroleum products, and it is strictly prohibited to conduct sampling, temperature measurement and water testing of oil products under dynamic conditions.
(4) The usage cycle is 3 months. If any abnormal phenomena such as dark fibers falling off, wear, or breakage are found during use, it is not allowed to continue using.

1. Grounding pads are provided at the factory. If users want to order electrostatic clamps (as shown in the picture), they can consult customer service for procurement!

Considering the difficulty in controlling the sampling depth during actual sampling operations, our company has developed a sampling rope with a scale (in meters, hereinafter referred to as the "meter buckle")!
